Dream Theater is one of metal's most progressive group in the world at this time. Founded by Mike Portnoy, John Petrucci and John Myung, they have released eight studio albums, four live recordings and a short album (EP). Their first album, When Dream And Day Unite recorded with a vocalist Charlie Dominici Kevin Moore, and as the keyboards. Dominici was much older than the other members want to play music and the other, so he quit the group. They then search for the ideal replacement for 2 years until finally met with James LaBrie, the vocalist from Canada through the audition.
Together they record LaBrie Images And Words is to toss their name in the international hit "Pull Me Under" and "Another Day". Awake is their last album with Moore, which was then replaced by Derek Sherinian to album Falling Into Infinity. In the end Sherinian also replaced by Jordan Rudess, and this formation still survive to this day. They have launched the concept album Metropolis 2: Scenes From A Memory album ganda and Six Degrees Of Inner turbulence. In 2003 they decided to record a non-concept album Train Of Thought is very influenced by groups such as Metallica Thrash metal.
Their latest album titled Octavarium issued on 7 June 2005 and in addition is the eighth studio album also contains eight songs.
After the Dream Theater released their album Live in the 20 years Dream Theater form titled Score recorded on 1 April 2006 at Radio City Music Hall, U.S.. They returned ready to launch the album with their nine-flag is a new record label Roadrunner Records, they have merampungkan album Systematic Chaos which contains 8 songs and will be launched on 5 June 2007 in the U.S..
History
Dream Theater was formed in September 1985, when guitarist John Petrucci and John Myung bassis decided to form a band to fill their spare time while in school Berklee College of Music in Boston. They meet a timpanist, Mike Portnoy, in a practice room at Berklee, and after two days of negotiations, they successfully invite Mike Portnoy to join. With five members, they decided to name the band with the name Majesty. Characteristics of writing songs

* Dream Theater sometimes use the technique of writing a song where part - part of a song to be developed each time they played. For example, the song "6:00" from Awake. After the initial songs, they almost play chorus, but repeat the song again from the leading (in the minute 1:33). And when the chorus should have been played on the next time, they repeat again from the prefix, in 2:11 minutes. Some lyrics from "Metropolis Pt 1" is used in the "Home". Basically, the entire album "Scenes From A Memory" full of musical / lirikal / conceptual variations of elements - elements from the musical "Metropolis Pt 1" and "The Dance of Eternity" is actually constructed from variations - variations in the elements of the music track - a track in album.
o Part - baguan of each song on the album "Octavarium" has been used in the fifth from the same titled song, "Octavarium".
* Six Degrees of Inner turbulence, six studio albums to them, to load songs and have six characters - six characters in the title - the title songs. Muse is an alternative rock music group English origin. This band was formed in Devon in 1994. Members of the band consists of three persons, namely Matthew Bellamy (vocalist, guitarist, pianist), Dominic Howard (drummer) and Chris Wolstenholme (bassis). Muse has a music genre that combines rock, progressive rock, classical music, and electronics. Muse is also known as a spectacular live concert, a game characterized by the energetic and visual effects are amazing. Muse have released four albums recorded, began with the Showbiz in 1999, followed by Origin of Symmetry in 2001, the Absolution in 2003, and the album Black holes & Revelations in 2006. Throughout his career, Muse have won various awards including 5 MTV Europe Music Awards, 5 Q Awards, 4 NME Awards and 2 Brit Awards.
The establishment (1992-1997)
In the early 1990s, members of the group Muse have their music in their school. The formation of Muse Matthew Bellamy started when aged 14 years who successfully pass the audition for the incoming group Dominic Howard. Bassis when they decided to leave, they ask their good friend, Chris Wolstenholme, to join and learn the bass guitar. Chris was refused, but finally decided to join. This new band was a lot of name changes, among others, 'Gothic plague,' 'Carnage Mayhem', 'Fixed penalty,' and 'Rocket Baby Dolls', until finally the name Muse, known now. Origin of Symmetry and Hullabaloo Soundtrack (2001-2002)
Album-2 to their Origin of Symmetry, by John Leckie as producer, the music contains a more heavy and dark, with the sound in the bass and terdistorsi. Muse experiment with musical instruments that are not normally used, such as the church organ, Mellotron, drums and additional equipment. Anak-anak Indonesia pantas senang. Kenapa harus senang? Idola cilik 2 telah melahirkan juara baru, yakni Debo dari Bandung. Mungkin belakang ini, Afgan tidak bisa tidur nyenyak, tanya kenapa? Kini telah hadir dua saingan berat baginya, yakni Vidi Aldiano dan Derby Romero. Tak bisa dipungkiri ketiga solois itu memeliki kemampuan yang sama, yaitu suara yang merdu dan wajah melankolis yang bisa membuat para wanita histeris. Menarik untuk disimak, dari ketiga solois ini siapa uyang akan melambung namanya menjadi penyanyi pria favorite 2008.
