Muse

Muse is an alternative rock music group English origin. This band was formed in Devon in 1994. Members of the band consists of three persons, namely Matthew Bellamy (vocalist, guitarist, pianist), Dominic Howard (drummer) and Chris Wolstenholme (bassis). Muse has a music genre that combines rock, progressive rock, classical music, and electronics. Muse is also known as a spectacular live concert, a game characterized by the energetic and visual effects are amazing. Muse have released four albums recorded, began with the Showbiz in 1999, followed by Origin of Symmetry in 2001, the Absolution in 2003, and the album Black holes & Revelations in 2006. Throughout his career, Muse have won various awards including 5 MTV Europe Music Awards, 5 Q Awards, 4 NME Awards and 2 Brit Awards.

The establishment (1992-1997)

In the early 1990s, members of the group Muse have their music in their school. The formation of Muse Matthew Bellamy started when aged 14 years who successfully pass the audition for the incoming group Dominic Howard. Bassis when they decided to leave, they ask their good friend, Chris Wolstenholme, to join and learn the bass guitar. Chris was refused, but finally decided to join. This new band was a lot of name changes, among others, 'Gothic plague,' 'Carnage Mayhem', 'Fixed penalty,' and 'Rocket Baby Dolls', until finally the name Muse, known now. In 1994, still with the band name 'Rocket Baby Dolls', they won the competition Battle of the Bands local. And not long after this, they change the name to Muse, move from Teignmouth and begin to appear in several clubs such as the Cavern in Exeter.

E.P. Showbiz and (1998-2000)

The launch of this album followed by the appearance on the tour supporting the band Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers in the United States. In 1999 and 2000, Muse played in several music festivals in Europe and Australia, and collect a lot of new fans in Western Europe.

Origin of Symmetry and Hullabaloo Soundtrack (2001-2002)

Album-2 to their Origin of Symmetry, by John Leckie as producer, the music contains a more heavy and dark, with the sound in the bass and terdistorsi. Muse experiment with musical instruments that are not normally used, such as the church organ, Mellotron, drums and additional equipment. Origin of Symmetry obtain an assessment of a variety of music from various critics. Dean Carlson of Allmusic rate games like Radiohead Muse too, and the songs they are too excessive and difficult to accept.
